This Privacy Policy informs the User about how Bespoke Coaching, processes, and protects the personal data provided though the website https://bespokecoaching.es/ Personal data is understood to be all information on a natural person which identifies or allows, either directly or indirectly, to determine their identity.

This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to those users of the Site (”Visitors”) who visit without transacting business and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by Bespoke Coaching (collectively, ”Services”) (”Authorized Customers”).

The User must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been written in clear and simple language for their comprehension and so that the User can determine freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide their personal data to Bespoke Coaching.

The Data Controller responsible, as the party responsible for the website https://bespokecoaching.es/, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (RGPD), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) and other legal regulations in force on the protection of personal data, informs that it has implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered.

How will we obtain your personal data?

We will get the information from you. In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses and banks) who may provide such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services may collect this information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from Visitors and Authorized Customers. We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Authorized Customers, the nature and size of the business, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to purchase or sell.

We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site. We may email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. What are your legal rights with regard to data protection?

The User’s rights regarding the protection of personal data are the rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of their data, of limitation and opposition to their processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of their data, which will be applicable in the cases provided for in the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

With which recipients do we share your personal data?

Personally Identifiable Information about Authorized Customers may be shared with other Authorized Customers who wish to evaluate potential transactions with other Authorized Customers. We may share aggregated information about our Visitors, including the demographics of our Visitors and Authorized Customers, with our affiliated agencies and third party vendors. We also offer the opportunity to ”opt out” of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf. 

What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site?

Bespoke Coaching has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to comply with law. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We will also disclose Personally Identifiable Information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers. 

What are the responsibilities with regard to the provided personal data?

The User:

  • Guarantees that the data provided to Bespoke Coaching is accurate, exact, complete and updated. For these purposes, the User is responsible for the veracity of the communicated data, and they will update this data, so that it reflects their current situation.
  • Will be held responsible for false, excessive or inexact information provided, and for the direct or indirect damages that this may cause to Bespoke Coaching, or to third parties.
  • Demonstrates, when providing third-party data, that they have their consent, if need be, and commits to transferring to the data subject, the information contained in this Privacy Policy, thereby exempting Bespoke Coaching from all responsibility in this regard. Nevertheless, Bespoke Coaching can carry out checks required to verify that this has been done, adopting due diligence measures, in accordance with the regulations on data protection.

Bespoke Coaching will ensure the correct use of the personal data of minors, guaranteeing compliance with all applicable laws, by means of all reasonable measures. Nevertheless, Bespoke Coaching shall not be responsible for personal data provided by minors below the legally stipulated minimum age according to existing laws, who consent to the processing of their data without prior consent of their parents, tutors or legal guardians.
